By default all successful requests get logged to
sys:/apache2/log/access_log and errors to sys:/apache2/logs/error_log

These files are rotated when they hit ~5Mb in size and they contain all
web-related messages, not just NetStorage.

You might also want to change the LogLevel from warn to debug if you're
not seeing errors you're looking for (though I don't think that affects
the level of NetStorage logging).
