Take a Call to Novell Support.
They have already a nonpublic Fix for this.
With this Fix everything runs fine.

PS: Today i see a Info about some big Patches/Fixes at OES2 Update
Channel, but didn't have a deeper Look on it yet.
Maybe they push out the fix with.
