You will need to upgrade to OES2.

Correct... I just thought it would be confusing telling the poster to go
to OES2 SP2 since it would sound like I was suggesting that as a patch
for OES1 SP2. :-)

But yes, that is correct, OES2 GA did not have Windows 7 support.
