activation email from Novell

I thought I had taken care of this issue, but today I began to receive email from Novell that my server registration expires in 2 days.  I am getting these messages for multiple servers.  When I go into my novell account all servers have activation codes for both SLES10 and OES2.
 
What is up?

I seem to get these periodically. I've never investigated it. As long
as the subscriptions show as valid in the Customer Center, I wouldn't
worry about it. I've never had a problem downloading patches even after
receiving those e-mails.
