SLES10 (SP2) alone will not give you OES2 (SP1). Did you also get (or
download) an OES2 disk?

If you have added OES2 during the install (it's an add-on product) then
you should get to add various components at the stage of choosing
software. eDirectory is one of those components - if you have OES you
have access to eDirectory (there are not multiple variations of OES out
there).
