Intruder lockout settings are done on the container of the users whom you
want to monitor for intruders. For example if you have
cn=admin,dc=user,dc=system you must set the intruder lockout settings on
the dc=user,dc=system container. If you have another user in
cn=joe,o=novell,dc=org you must set the intruder lockout settings on the
o=novell,dc=org container. iManager should let you do this.
