I would imagine that Novell's efforts are going into supporting
Microsoft's newer Windows offerings like Windows 7 and Server 2008.

Why do you ask? What are you looking for in a Novell Client 4.91 SP6?

Same here. Just looking for a rollup of all the post-sp5 patches (there's
quite a few now).

You can copy all post SP5 patches over top of the SP5 install. Voila. A
complete rollup. (this is explained in the readme documentation for the
patches)

I zip up this updated set of install files and bring it with me on a USB key
to my clients. Its great for new installs. It also works on workstations
with older, unpatched versions of the clients!

Been there, tried that. A full install for hundreds of clients from a
central server kills our WAN links. This is why a smaller,
service-pack-only install is preferable.
