Red Carpet Client Configuring - Invalid channel: 'NNLS1.0'

Anyone know what's worng with this during Red Carpet Client configure?
How to fix?

What version of SuSE are you installing on? I got that same error using
the CD's that came with the eval, but it works fine on SLES 8.

SuSE 8 and applied SP3 update, both downloaded from Novell web site.

Ok, manage to connect but file not found, is this problem on
redcarpet.novell.com?

Any idea what's going wrong? iManage -> Manage RDC Group cannot get any
channel for software updates at all, is this related with license, I am
only evaluating the product at this moment and don't have a license of NNLS.

Use browser to access the following URL and found it actually require
username and password to logon.
