iPrint and NNLS problem

I've installed NNLS on RHEL3. I haven't had any problems with it all.
I've started to set up iPrint, but when I try starting the ipsmd
daemon, I get an error:

table[FAILED]TableLoad failed 2
An strace indicates it's trying to open two files that don't exist:
/opt/novell/iprint/locale/ipsmd_en_GB.xlf
/opt/novell/iprint/locale/ipsmd_en.xlf
I've searched through the iPrint RPMs for these files, but they don't
exist there either.
Any help gratefully recieved!
