IDM to AD doesn't want to synchronize

Hi there,

I am running the followings on my test lab:
IDM 3.0.1
Netware OES 6.5 SP5
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP1

IDM just doesn't want to synchronize with AD.... Am I missing
something here, please help!

I've noticed "(CN=group,OU=NOPS,CN=IDM,DC=WXYZdemo,DC=local)"
CN=IDM doesn't seem right but how I can rectify it?
