error trying to access User Application 3.6 after a clean install

Hi there,

I am having trouble accessing the user application web page as I am
getting an error

type Status report

message /IDM/

description The requested resource (/IDM/) is not available.

I have just installed the 3.6 user application onto SUSE Linux
Enterprise Server 10 SP1 with no errors and the user application
driver loads with no error. Although in the trace I can see the below
error

The driver still runs fine but I just can't access the page. JBoss is
running and MySQL runs fine.
Everything is currently a default install as I have not changed
anything.

Linux server is running eDir 8.8 and the Identity Vault is on Netware
6.5 SP6 with eDir 8.7.3.9
Both servers can see each other.

Can anyone help? Please!!!
