I am not Novell Legal, but I cannot see why it would matter what you run
it on as long as you have a license for it.

Well, with Netware SBS, it was clearly disallowed to install any
included component (Zen, GW, BM) on *non* SBS server. I don't see why
this should be any different with NOWS, *especially* the starter pack.
In fact, I'm even quite certain that it's not allowed to install SBS
(Starter Pack) into a tree with other servers. But I'm not Novell Legal
either, and I haven't checked. But I wouldn't be surprised at all.
