server problem

I have had a server HD crash - Server won't boot.

Due to Tape size - only have a backup of GW (backup on Tape after DBcopy)
and user data.

I started preparing to move server to new Hardware last weekend and added a
second Server
to the Tree - the idea was to make this the new main server....

At this point how do I make this the MAIN or Master Server ??

What do I need to do to eDirectory

Not found any docs on this so any pointers would be helpful

So your server crashed? No complete backup?

You then did a reinstall? Ie a fresh install from scratch?

Then added a second server?

You now want to make this new server the master? Why?

Assuming you have a working setup, changing a server from R/W to Master
is easy, just go into DSREPAIR, see here:
