Since you didn't provide any specifics - as to version of GroupWise,
NetWare, or workstation OS, this is a guess based on known Windows
behaviour: when a shortcut is installed as a Windows "advertised" shortcut
(ie via MS Installer), much of the properties are grayed out; see
http://wix.mindcapers.com/wiki/Shortcuts_in_WiX, for example.
