Font Size Increase After Installing NW5.0

My newly installed NW 5.0 server has now been humming along for over 1
week (keeping my fingers crossed). The problems I was reporting
apparently were caused by a defective hard disk. I put in a brand new
HD and voila, problem solved (after killing a weekend installing it of
course!!).
2 problems remain, only 1 I will bother this group with:
1. Local printers, attached to WSs as LPT1: are HP 2200dt, we use an
HP font (Dark Courier) which is common in law offices. For some
reason, when we installed 5.0, the spacing on the printers changed,
the fonts are now larger and the spacing larger. We did not change the
printer drivers or other settings (Windows XP Professional). Is there
a Netware 5.0 cause for this and where can I change it?
