I am getting a warning on my DNS server screen after loading up NAMED.NLM with a "-s".  The message is:

"warning:  zone permitrack.com/IN:  expired"

Where this is a zone that is hosted by a secondary MS server, and I am getting this error on a NS that is a authoritative to the primary.  It seems the message repeats on some sort of increment...is this a TTL issue or something?

We are using Netware 6.5 SP7.

Sorry for the slow response.

I'm guessing there is a mismatch in serial numbers between the servers.
Is the other server set to be a master or a slave?

Actually..the other server is a designated Secondary to a Hosted Microsoft Primary.  The netware server showing the error is a passive secondary...for the zones saying expired.

What is the serial number for the problem domain on the NetWare
servers?

Check in NDS (DNS/DHCP Management Console), and check in the .db files
in the sys:etc\dns directory.
