You are right: There is *no* NWClient for XP-64, iirc also not for Win2003-64, and
there won't be one in future.

XP-64 is rubbish anyways, and 2003-64 is a rare thing...

Upgrade to Win7 / Win2008, it's worth the upgrade anyways.

No.

There is not a 64-bit Compatible version of Client32 for anything Prior
to the versions for Vista and Later.

These do not work on earlier versions of Windows.
