How to restore complete NDS/EDir with Arcserve?

Im simulating a complete disaster, where we have built a server on its own
(no replicas) and want to restore NDS/Edir from tape. We use Arcserve 11.
How do I do this? It's a test so it's not a live job, I just need to ensure
we can recover from a disaster, but I have never had to recover the Edir
before, only ever had to restore Groupwise systems and data!

I was looking in NW documentation, not Edir... I will catch up on some bed
time reading!
