"Tradionally", the one company to recommend has been OnTrack
(http://www.ontrackdatarecovery.ca/) but Google for "netware data recovery
service" gets you lots of other options ...

So have you looked to see if they moved them? If so, then there's nothing
to salvage, because nothing has been deleted.

Lack of space would be one thing. There's a minimum purge time, as I
recall, but after that is past, anything is fair game. There wasn't
anything magical about deleted.sav, that was just a place to stick things
(in the file system) that had been deleted but not yet purged.

Well, it'll encourage them not to do it again, especially if they've
moved them. And it *should* encourage you to get an actual backup scheme
in place.
