Your main abend is in java. As your server is only at SP6, I would
recommend you to update to SP8. Also, your abend shows in processor #7. Is
this really a 8 core machine? Sound a bit excessive for a NetWare server.
Wehn you update to SP8:
- make sure you update the drivers as well
- also install the last Proliant support pack for NetWare
- look at the following document for tips&tricks regarding SP8:

Especially look at the part regarding NWTAPE.CDM as your confoguration
shows that you would otherwise be affected by the NWTAPE.CDM bug
