Service packs are cumulative. Ie you need only apply the latest.

The only issue I know of is if you install SP6 on a system that never had
any service packs installed. In that case you absolutely needed to first
install Sp6, then nici157 (iirc) without rebooting i between.

Not before, but you might have to update hardware specific drivers, again
that will depend on the actual server.

Neither would I and as I said, the only common problem I am aware of is
the nici-one and that is easily fixed if you follow the instructions.
