Make sure you don't mix up SLP with the services that are advertised over
SLP.
The SLP protocol itself by default listens on all interfaces, but by
default uses the IP address of the first interface for replies. There are
a couple of options to change this behaviour either by preventing SLP to
use a certain IP address (as Mathias indicated), or you can configure SLP
to always reply with the IP address of the interface on which it received
the request.
However these options will not eliminate a second issue which might be
your real issue and that is that the NCP service is registered to an IP
address you don't want and the SLP protocol is just used to advertise this
unwanted NCP binding. To control which IP address is used by the NCP
protocol, you can use the NCP include and exclude IP address options.
