On NetWare 5.0, the GUI mode wasn't too stable yet and there were a lot of
incompatibilities with certain graphic cards. You might be able to stop
the GUI mode by switching to the main server console and type
STOPX
Overall, it would be best not to start the GUI mode on a NetWare 5.0
server at all unless you *really* need it. Otherwise, it just eats
resources that could be better used to cache your data and make your
server fast as a file server.
