We had this issue with our 6.5 sp 7 production tree and our test tree.
The delay 10 worked to fix this but has anyone else been having this
issue anymore? It just seemed to have started for us....

You are replying to a 5 year old message in a NetWare 5.x related forum.
Given you have NetWare 6.5, I suggest you post your problem in one of the
NetWare 6.x forums and you provide some more information on your
environment, especially your automexec.ncf file.
