Network address restrictions don't work on IP ranges. By putting 10.0.0.0
in there, you're specifying that the user can only log in from 10.0.0.0
(the actual IP address).

It's been a long time since I've worked with IPX, but from what I recall,
for that you could specify a network range that login was allowed from.

No problem. You could submit an enhancement request (http://
www.novell.com/rms) for this, but honestly I wouldn't expect to see it
change any time soon.
