Installing Zen4 on Windows2k

I am having difficulty getting DirXML and Password Sync running with a
Native Win2k Environment.

I have zen4
DirXML 1.1
Password Sync 1.0
eDirectory 8.7

This install has been a nightmare, the documentation is obscure and I
am now craving the simplicity of a dummies guide.

I have edirectory installed, the XML driver appears to be in and
working. But when I try and configure the password syncronisation i
get the error message

"an error occured attempting to add a passowrd synchronization
provider into eDirectory. Return code = -0000606"

I have no idea why this is happening, but am despirate to get zenworks
in before we shut down our zenworks 2 system and netware servers.

Any help would be appreciated.
