cannot make icon appear

My workstation has ZENworks Application Launcher Explorer Version 3.2.1. The
network people here are unable to make an icon appear for an application I
authored. The application will be used by everyone. The icon is standalone
from an ICO file.

The first icon I made was 112x112. We tried 90x90 then 60x60. They found out
the icon could only be 32x32 maximum, so I made it 30x30. The icon still
will not display in the NAL screen on anyone's workstation. I made the icon
with 256 colors. It only uses two colors though, so I could have used 16
colors instead of 256.
Can someone please tell me what icon specifications there are? Thanks
