zen3.2 xp pro workstation agent not running

I have all my win 98 workstations imported and can manage them with
Console 1 as should be. A few test installations of xp pro seemed to
go well too. Then I rolled out a lab of xp pro workstations before the
image was well tested, with client 4.83 and the program in the rm
folder installed. Here's the results, I'm able to register the
workstations but unable to manage them. If, from console 1, I try to
ping a workstation, console 1 reports the workstation agent is not
running. I get a similar error message if I try any of the console 1
managemet tools. I'm under the impression the workstation agent isn't
running. I'd like to know how to start it. Any suggestions?
