Difference between Zenworks 3 and 4 policies

We're upgrading to Zenworks 4 and we're wondering what the difference
is between Zenworks 3 and 4 policies. If the schema is extended and we
open an 3 or 4 policy in Console One their seems no visual difference.
So the question is is their any need to make the policies all over
again?
