Any way to control Zenworks Agent from conflicting with other services being loaded ?

Here's our problem:

When installing the zenworks management agent on the workstations
(windows XP), we sometimes encounter the dreaded Blue screen microsoft
has blessed us with.
We are not suffering from the Nvidia-driver related issue microsoft
refers to on technet, since we are using mostly intelmotherboards with
built-in video or ATI rage series video cards.

Funny enough, this only happens on the faster workstations, and not on
the older machines (which are built using the same "image"). Therefore
we guessed that it must be a conflict between the Management Agent and
another service that is loaded at the same time or afterwards. We
reckon the management Agent gets loaded too fast on the new P4's, and
maybe JIT on the older machines.

My question:

does anybody know which services MUST be loaded before the zenworks
management agent, and does anyone know of a sure-fire way to
accomplish this ?
Anybody else with a similar setup experiencing this problem?

Many thanks!

De,

You posted to a dead newsgroup which is no longer part of the official
Novell support hierarchy. I suggest you visit
http://support.novell.com/forums and post to one of the official
Novell newsgroups.
