When you install the ZenWorks for Desktops 4 Management agent, it also
installs a network provider, Novell NetIdentity Credential Provider.
In my environment, I use the Novell Client to provide access to the
file system and NDS, not a middle-tier server. In such an environment,
is it safe to remove it? If so, how to do it cleanly? (I've seen
another posting that advocates deleting a key in the registry. I'm not
sure if this is enough).
My motives are to simplify things, which should hopefully result in an
increase in performance.
Kind regards,
Anwar
