Uninstall ZEN Agent for Desktop 4

hi all
I'm trying to uninstall ZFD agent 4 from windows 98 computer.
I had install this client by using msiexec /qn switch.
Now when I try to uninstall using add / remove programs
the agent is install over and over and I don't get the remove wizard.
I tried to uninstall by using msiexec /x zfdagent.msi
and it worked in lab, but in users computers I get an error massege saying
that installation package has not found
