What does this error mean? and is it just cosmetic?

I have been working in Image Explorer trying to get a scripted install working for windows XP. I have been deleting and purging the files with new ones and now I get this error as it purges and re saves it to a new image. The image still seems to work, but I get an error so was wondering about it. Found nothing in the Knowledgebase on it.

The last thing I removed was the Administrator's profile under Docs and Settings.

Thanks for any info.
