Toshiba Tecra S1 - Can't boot with boot cd

Trying to boot a Toshiba Tecra S1 using the Novell Zenworks Boot CD "ZEN
4 SP3" but will not boot. It Says:

Checking boot cd-rom
Boot CD-ROM type: Non-emulation booting

isolinux: Found something at drive = xx
isolinux: Failed to access CD-ROM device; boot failed.

Note: 'Found something at drive = xx' message appears dozens of times
with the 'xx' changing from possibly 'ff' down to '90'.

Talked to Toshiba support but they were no help. They said as long as
the Laptop booted from their recovery CD, then there is not hardware
problem. Need to talk to Novell.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,
refer to my post dated JAN 15th,2004. loading spec packet failed,trying to
wing it
this is probably the actual error you are recieving but it scrolls to the
top of the screen. Hope this helps you out
