NAL icons disappearing

Hi,

We're running NAL 2.01 on NW5.1 sp5 servers and strangely, random
icons keep disappearing from the NAL window. We are running NW Client
ver 4.81 on W2k Professional workstations.
When the icon disappear, we can do one of two things that fixes the
problem temporarily.

1 - grant the user explicit trustee to the folder of the application,
even though the user belong to a group that already has rights to the
folder. This can get very messy.

2 - Delete the group association of the NAL application and re-apply
the association.

We have run Dsrepair on servers but it doesn't seem to help.
I have also read the article "Making NAL icon sticky" but the scenario
doesn't apply to me as we don't drag the icon to the desktops.

I'm hoping that someone has seen a similar problem and possibly advise
on how I can troubleshoot this further.
