Problem with SP2 for Novell Client 4.83 of Win2k

I decied to try SP2 on a machine at work before we fully implemented
it and I get the following problem. If I try to run any of the
applications from the app-launcher they all fail with the same
message:

Unable to access needed network resource[]. (D01E)

I only have this problem on computers that have had SP2 for NC 4.83
installed. I have checked file permissions on both the local NTFS
drives and on the server and they are all set correctly. I have seen
some posts that relate to a similar problem that occured when admins
updated to NC 4.8 while using Zenworks 2. It mentioned updating
\sys\public\zenapp32.dll, the current version we are using is v.
2000.11.16.0 dated 12/14/2000. Anybody have any ideas?
