nalntsrv.exe error in metaframe

We are getting thiese errors on w2k servers with metaframe xp
Application popup: NALNTSRV.EXE - Application Error : The instruction
at "0x77fcb666" referenced memory at "0x00000038". The memory could
not be "written".
"Event id 26"
Click on OK to terminate the application.
Click on Cancel to debug the application.
When I click OK the message goes away and the NALNTSRV service
restarts. And then its okey, but whats causing it.
4.83sp1 is running on clients
zen 3.2
We have checked the versions of the files on the server/client, the
users are running in an metaframe invironment.
Somebody got any idees?
