Deploying Ms hotfixes to desktops via Zenworks

trying to find a way to deploy the microsoft hotfix(eg Q817287.exe)to
a windows xp desktop via zenworks (using middle tier only)

I have created an app object for the patch and tried to deploy under
secured and unsecured options , but always get an access denied
message when the applcation deploys.

its like the package cannot deploy with elevated security rights

others applications created with MSI deploy to the user/desktop fine
and install correctly
