Current version of NAL and elevating rights for W2000 installations

Good day, sorry for the intrusion, I'm looking for the current version
of the "free" NAL that is supported on Netware 5.1 SP 5 - clients are
4.83 SP2.

I also need to elevate the local permissions of Windows 2000
workstations for many of the installs, is that feature built into NAL
(the free version) or do I need Zenworks? If its in NAL can you point
me to the feature.
