undisconnectabler???

i was looking for a way to remove the "disconnectable" check on app
objects and i found a site (
http://mywebpages.comcast.net/jstoecker/novell/ ) were the author
explains that there is a working tool called ""undisconnectabler" that
can be found on the COOLSOLUTIONS site. I looked...and
looked.....looked more....but i can't find the %$D#@ tool!
Is is simple....OR i'm gonna find this tool ( or something simular
)OR.....it's object opening week! ( several thousands ).....so
please...please,please......let there be somebody here that reads it
and got it for me or better yet.....got a good solution!
