It seems that the iPrint/Linux API documentation is not on the web, but
you will find it on a server with iPrint installed.
More specifically when you install the novell-iprint-server RPM on a
server (so when the iPrint component is added), documentation and sample
code is installed to /opt/novell/iprint/source/acctg.
