Apache want load

I upgraded a v6.0 SP3 server running an eval copy of ZenWorks v4 to NetWare
v6.5. I installed everything from ZenWorks except the middle tier server.
The problem is I can't get the Apache 2.0.45a for NetWare server to load.
Any ideas? Could there be some kind of conflict with ZenWorks? Thanks.

When I type....
AP2WEBUP at the console, I get
Auto-Loading Module APRLIB.NLM

I checked the...
SYS:Apache2/logs/startup.err
Cannot load SYS:/Apache2/modules/mod_xsrv.nlm into server:(dlfcn) Unknown
error

Good evening.
Assuming the module is actually present, try loading NCPL at the server
console and then try a start of Apache.

I get the samething after loading NCPL and AP2WEBUP...
When I run AP2WEBDN I get...
Module APACHE2 is NOT loaded
