Imanager 2.0.1 and Netware 6 SP3 - internal server error

We can get Imanager 2.0 working on one server out of 6, but we think it
might be a fluke. We were running Tomcat33 and Apache with Imanager 1.52
and it was working fine. Now I think the problem may be with Tomcat 4 and
Imanager 2.0.1. Do we need to reboot after upgrading ? Do we need to
change the Autoexec.bat ? Is there any documentation for installing 2.0.1
on Netware 6 ? We are a couple months away from installing Netware 6.5
(which most of the TIDs and support forum docs seem to be for).
