Server Host name Change

I used the Unique IP option to install the Novell Web Service ( Ifolder,
iManage, Netstorage, NetWare Webaccess)not -iPrint- The welcome page
shows up correctly but when I select for like the Open Webaccess link or
Manage Webserver link I get a page cannot be found error message.
when I change in the case of the webaccess link the DNS host name to the
IP address in the url keep the port number, I get the following message
from Apache Forbidden "You don't have permission to access /webaccess/ on
this server".
1- How to I change the Hostname and domain Name on the NW6 server and
have the domain name resove properly
2- How to I get pass the Appache error message.
I verify all relevants port are open.
