I currently have a Netware 4.11 DS tree that has Border Mgr 3.5 which has
created a security container. Will this interfere with Netware 6.5
certificate services in any way and are there any compatability issues.

The container is fine. However, you may want some server other than
4.11 to be the Certificate Authority, if a NW 6.x install has not
already changed that.
