Unable to locate uathentication rule

BM 3.8 radius on Nw6.5sp1. Followed TID10078616. Radius.nlm doesn't seem
to be reading the LPO object properly because the rule is there. In the
thread below, Jim says he rebuilt the LPO object. How do you do that
exactly? Can someone point me in the right direction.

We rebuilt the LPO,etc. using ConsoleOne1.3.6 and now all is ok.
