Does anyone know of a reason why I should not apply tcp607j on bm3.7

because 607k is the new public release, and j opens up proxy on the public interface (jrev2 fixed that)

Because there are two later revisions release than that? (TCP607K.EXE
is the current version). See tip #1 at the URL below.
