Currently, I have a Netware 6.5 Server with BorderManager 3.8. I am not
using any of the firewall aspects, I just want to take advantage of the
proxy. After I installed the BorderManager server, I opened internet
explorer and went into the Lan settings and set the proxy server to
192.168.1.103 (ip address of my server) with Port 8080. However, the
internet does not work. Is this due to my Linksys router? My linksys
router provides ip addresses to the workstations and also does NAT. If
people make a request to my router from the internet, the router will
forward the request to the ip of my server (192.168.1.103) to access
netstorage. Please help my attain internet access.

Does your server have a default route set?
