TS ipconfig /all shows default gw as 192.168.0.1 which is the private nic of
BM server.

Also, I set tcp ip debug=1 but do not see any activity regarding the
secondary address for the TS, no discard packets nothing. I see activity
for the PCAW host.

Ahaaa! I got it! Because I couldn't see any tcp activity for it, I deduced
that my ISDN router wasn't letting the packets in.

It's a 3com device. Anyway, there was a workstation config page for the
3com with the ip's assigned by the isp. I clicked on a release button next
to the address I was trying to use and voila!

Just thought I'd let you know.
