imanger gives HTTP Status 503 - Servlet webacc is currently unavailable error

Hi,
While opening iManager, it gives me following error.

HTTP Status 503 - Servlet webacc is currently unavailable
type Status report

message Servlet webacc is currently unavailable

description The requested service (Servlet webacc is currently
unavailable) is not currently available.

Can anyone help me in resolving this?

The message suggests you have groupwise webaccess or something like
that installed? The message seems to indicate that webaccess is in
control of the url you used.
What URL did you use to access iManager?

Hi,

Groupwise is not installed on this server. Novell Netmail is installed
but it is on the different server. I am using http://serveripaddress/nps/iManager
to open the iManager.
